ON LOCATION / OUTDOORS
Whether it's your workplace or an important location, I can come to you. I have portable lighting & background setups to ensure an editorial-quality headshot at any location. For a more natural headshot, we can take your shoot outside. Outdoor shoots rely on natural light, so the best time of day to shoot are mornings or afternoons when the sun is low in the sky. Shooting at midday will result in dark shadows on your face.
Location sessions will incur travel fees.
IN STUDIO
With Melbourne's unpredictable weather, a studio shoot might be preferred as a more comfortable set-up. I regularly work with a range of local studios that can cater to all needs like. I will take care of all the organising of the studio so you only need to worry about showing up. Studio shoots are great because I can control the lighting and provide a backdrop to suit you.
Studio sessions will incur studio booking fees.
HAIR AND MAKE UP
I work alongside veteran Hair and Makeup Artist, Love Hawkridge who has worked on some of the TV's biggest superstars on channels 10, Seven and ABC. With over 20 years of experience, Love will work with you to achieve a natural and flawless look to help you look and feel your best on set. Love and I have been working alongside each other for three years.

SET AND WARDROBE STYLING
I will the stress out of the styling of your shoot. From helping you choose wardrobe options, what props to include and how to style a unique set that speaks to your brand, this is all done during the onboarding process. We will develop a mood board and shot list to ensure a seamless process to achieve the perfect images.
This is included in your shoot fees.
Large Group / Team Headshots
For large staff bookings half-day and full-day sessions can be arranged on location at your workplace. An HMUA is highly recommended on set to ensure everyone is groomed and well-presented for corporate headshots. A half or full day may be a more economical option to maximise your shoot. This includes studio lighting and light retouching.

FAQ
What to Wear?
Choose clothing that speaks to you and reflects your brand and personality. I recommend bringing a selection of options to the set so we can go through them together. You can change outfits throughout the shoot. It's important all clothes are clean/ironed and shoes are in good condition as this can add extra time to the retouching process which will incur an extra fee.
What is included in the shoot?
• Image selections on the site prior to professional retouching.
• Colour and black and white versions of each image.
• Web and high-resolution versions of each image.
• 10 business day turnaround.
Can I have all the images from the shoot? Or edit them myself?
No. You will receive the number of images in your package. If you have selected me as your photographer, chances are, it’s because you love the style of my work. My creative vision and the way I edit is unique to my brand and is essential to the final products. RAW photos without editing are unfinished art work and for this reason, no RAW (unedited) files will be released.
What are the backdrops options?
I have a variety of backdrops on hand, however, speciality colours to reflect your brand can be sourced. We can also utilise any white or textured walls on location.
Can I use my own hair and makeup artist?
Yes of course, however, you will be required to organise this on your own. Please ensure you communicate to your HMUA that you're having headshots so they can prepare your skin correctly to minimise any extra retouching.
How do we choose a location?
The best way to choose a location or set is to be clear on your brand and what image you'd like to portray. For corporate settings, clean and simple backdrops are best. If your workplace is a unique location such as a gym or heritage building, these can be great locations.
